I received and email saying that I have failed your fraud detection checks

    Hello - I'm trying to create/use a new form and when I click to test it, I receive and email saying that I have failed your fraud detection checks. Can you advise on how to rectify this as the two people that have tried to test this should clear with no issues?

    This is actually because your email provider detected that your email address may have been spoofed. This happens because you've added the custom sender email through verification method. The email is sent using our IP address instead of the IP address of your hosting provider. 

    To fix the problem, add your email address using SMTP: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form. The form email will be sent using SMTP authentication. If this fails, make sure to check that the authentication is not blocked to your hosting. You can ask your hosting about this, ask them to let Jotform send the email through your SMTP. 

    Lastly, make sure to enter the correct SMTP details. If you don't know this, ask your hosting provider about it.
