Autoresponder has stopped working

    I have an Autoresponder email setup using the {email} field from my form. It seemed to work fine the first time, but now when I submit a second new form using the same email address I no longer receive the Autoresponder email. I've checked spam and junk folders. I checked the bounced email list in my account settings as well. Please help.

    We're sorry for the inconvenience you have.

    I have checked your form named "Your Pet's Life Tail" and its configurations on your side. I have seen that you have written your own email address to the sender email field instead of Jotform's default email address as seen below:

    I understand that you prefer that your email address will show up in the email as the sender address, instead of Jotform's. However, you need to set your own SMTP configurations correctly for this purpose as you can see in the following guide: 

    If you do not setup SMTP senders, please continue to use Jotform's default sender email in order to make the autoresponders work.

    Please change it and let us know if the issue still persists.
