    Form submissions are missing in the submissions page and Google spreadsheet

    submissions appear in integrated with Jotform Google sheet only till the middle? other submissions don't appear!

    Hello Elena,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    With which form you are having this issue with? I did check your last edited form "Запись в Лагерь Слон и Жираф 2017" and its integrated with google spreadsheet successfully.

    I have synced your google spreadsheet again. I would suggest you to please check your integrated google spreadsheet and see if the missing submissions are being displayed or not. Unfortunately we are unable to access the google spreadsheet you have shared because of the permission issue.

    Did you make any changes in the column header of your integrated google spreadsheet? Please note that editing column header will cause the integration to break.

    Thanks for fast reply. The actual problem is that jotform have lost about 500 submissions that were done before May 6. It's not Google integration issue. The issue is inside Jotform. We do see only responses that were done after May 6. However the form was created around February and it displayed last week about 500 submissions done in the February-May period. And about 1000 of total submissions.

    Can you please provide the form ID/URL that you're experiencing issues with? Generally, we don't edit or delete/change data on behalf of customers without their request, so it is indeed strange that you have lost submissions. Are you aware of anyone else who shares access to your form if they might have deleted these submissions? 

    If you could please provide the form ID so we can investigate further.

    I have restored the submissions for you. We have this Total Submissions Limit which is 500 for Free accounts. It seems that our system has deleted your previous submissions because of this. You were on the Free Plan before July 3, 2017. All good now. Please check again. I have also re-sync your submissions to Google Spreadsheet.
