    .ONE top level domain is not recognized by JotForm

    Why will You not recognize this emailaddress as legit? joakim.sundqvist@trident.one

    Can you please elaborate on the problem please? Are you trying to verify your email or what exactly is the issue are you facing? Where are you getting that your email is not legit error?

    I was trying to use this emailadress as recipient to a form, but I am getting an errormessage. ” joakim.sundqvist@trident.one” is not in the correct format

    I just tried and I can confirm that it wouldn't recognize it, this is because the domain is trident.one and not the usual .com etc, do you have any other email address that ends with the usual domains that you can use?

    Sorry, this person don´t have any other emailadress. Won´t You be able to solve the problem? Why is there a problem anyway?
