Why are my forms disabled?

    I have had these same forms for several years and suddenly they have all been disabled.

    I really need them working ASAP.

    Please help!

    When I check your Jotform account, everything seems working properly. 

    Your Jotform account was suspended due to phishing fields on 4th June 2017. However, your account and forms are active from now on. Please check them again and let us know if you encounter any issue.

    Forms are still disabled

    All your forms are active and available, please share a screenshot of the error you are receiving:

    1- Click on the Image icon.

     2- Click on the browsing folder to upload the screenshot from your local drive.

     3- Set the dimension if the first box to 565, leave the other empty.

     4- Click on the okay button.
