I created an account last night, created some forms, and when I tried to login this morning I see an autosuspended message. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

We do not allow for the collection of usernames and/or passwords through forms. Your mini contact form requested both:
I removed the form the caused your account to be suspended and activated the account. Your forms should be usable once again.
