How can I use names as options later in the form

How am I able to use end user text entered names as options in drop down list for example.

End user enters names name "Bob, Bill, etc"

and then these names would be the options that are presented in a drop down box.

Unfortunately it is not possible to populate a dropdown list dynamically.

However, you can use dropdowns to display information based on a condition:

Note that although you cant populate a dynamic list. You can populate other fields such as a text field, an input table, or a text box, etc. Here's an example that passes parameters from input fields to a text box:
