Dear JotForm Team,
I trust this email finds you in good health and high spirits.
I've recently implemented a feature to display discounts on my PDF invoices, which performs flawlessly within the PDF Editor. However, I've encountered a challenge when these invoices are sent via email; the discount amount fails to appear, leaving only the coupon code visible.
Attached is a screenshot illustrating the issue:

Hi Khalid,
We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we’re looking into this. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. I have checked that the option to show discount is enabled in the Payment Settings in PDF Editor.
I suggest making a duplicate of the PDF Document, select it in the Notification Email, and then test it to see if it makes a difference.
If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thank you for your ongoing support. I attempted to duplicate the PDF and test it, but the issue remains unchanged.
