    I changed the e-mail to receive the submissions and everytime i try to send a trial message it is send to the old e mail

    I created a form but i put the wrong e mail. Once I realized that I changed the e mail selected and put the right one, then I tried to send a trial message but the site tells me that the e mail was sent to the wrong e mail account. After that I checked again the e mail selected to receive the submissions and the wrong e mail was STILL selected. Repeted the process many times and cant change the e mail account.

    Right e-mail that I am trying to select: rita.cabraloliveira@gmail.com

    Hi Rita. With this following link: http://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications - Can you see that your correct email is there? Can you provide another screenshot where you can see the saved settings of the email address. Thanks

    Rita,

    Please try the following steps for a fix.

    1. Change your account e-mail address. Please do the following.

    a. Login to JotForm,

    b. Click on Account Settings button and update your e-mail address there, it's under Personal Details.

    2. Recreate your form notification. Simply delete your existing notification and then create a new one.
