    Cannot access my original account

    Hello

    I have been using an account from the email Wawholidayclub@yahoo.com. I accessed it on Friday but now it say that it is auto suspended when I try to log in  I'd sent the link out and no one can access it either

    It's essential that I can access it ASAP.

    The Page URL (http://www.jotformeu.com/form/61193863843362) you have provided belongs to the account username (itwholidayclub) and it is suspended. Upon checking the form, it is asking for a Password. As per our terms, collecting login information is not allowed here in JotForm. 

    We need to delete the Password field and the Password words in your form so we can re-activate your account back in good condition.

    Hello
    Please can you delete the password entry for the form. That will be why I can't even get into itwholidayclub account! I am not sure how I managed to put a password in when it a function that is not allowed. Sorry.
    The same issue must have occurred for the other not form link in the initial enquiry I sent you. Can you take away the password for that one too? Or tell me how I can do this?

    I have now removed the guilty fields of the said form and re-activated your account in good status. You can now use the account (itwholidayclub) properly.
