submit button is missing when form is published

    submit button is missing when form is published, also the general feedback drop down list i have made is missing.

    Please help me by fixing this problem

    Hello,

    You have conditions on your form which will only show the submit button if it is met:

    Just remove the Submit button from the selections then it should be fine.
