Why don't the new fields I have put in my form show in my notifications?

    I had 5 spinners on my form, I have added 2 new ones. The new ones show on my form & can be seen in the JotForm app but I don't recieve them in my email vesion.

    The form's notification was missing those two items. I've added them for you. Please do a test submission and let me know if the issue has been resolved.

    You're quite welcome :)

    This problem usually occurs if fields are added to a form after a notification has been manually edited. Another fix could have been to delete the notification and replace it with a new one.
