How do I make a form that, when we select "Yes" then fill in the following text box, if "no" then the next question.

The text box to select the answer is hidden.

    Hi,

You can achieve this using logic Condition feature in our application.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/57-Conditional-Logic-on-Forms

The only way to do that would be to insert page breaks in your form and place all of the fields to be hidden (or shown) on a particular page.A Skip to a page or end of the form condition would then be attached to that page, as illustrated in this form. If the field labeled textbox is left empty, when Next is clicked, page 2 will be skipped. Below is a screenshot of the condition that makes that happen:

If you need help with implementing the solution in your own form, we'd be happy to help.
