Form Views

I'm getting this message that I'm out of form views. It doesn't make sense because I have updated my account to a Bronze status which should have given me 10,000 form views per month. I don't think that I have reached 10,000 people to view my forms from my website. 

So can you explain what exactly is a form view?

I recalculated your form views and its gone down to 12,422. Which is still over the 10K limit.

A form view is where somone accesses you form (but doesnt necessarily submit it).
