Not able to make condition logic calculation work using Matrix table field

I HAVE CREATED A FORM WHICH CONSIST OF A TABLE AND A NUMBER FILED NAMED PRICE OF YARD SIGN.
IN THIS TABLE I HAVE COMPLETED THE SETUP OF 1st and 2nd ROWS, IT MEANS THAT I HAVE MAKE A CONDITION LOGIC ON SELECTION OF ANY SINGLE CELL IN THE FIRST TWO ROWS. THE CONDITION IS THAT IF ANY OF THE CELL IS SELECTED IN THE FIRST TWO ROWS, PRICE OF THE SELECTED PRODUCT WILL BE SHOWN IN FIELD-->PRICE OF YARD SIGN.

-->PROBLEM -->my problem is that both the first and the second rows shows the same prices in the PRICE OF YARD SIGN . 
 

firstly i have configured the first row, then the second row. after that i came to know that the first row is also showing the price of second row.

Moreover, i have not set any conditions on the other fields of the table and then also i am getting the price shown in the field after selection of any other field in the tablel

I am not able to find the Matrix table field (Size table) on your form. It seems you have remove it already and is now using the Payment field as table to work.
