It says that my account has been suspended when I try to sign in. I do not know why

    Unable to view or use forms because account suspended for unknown reason. Thank you so much for your help

    I have checked your account  and it has been suspended since you are asking for a password on your form, asking for such info goes against our terms. Here is a screenshot of that field:

    Although you do not seem to be asking for such information for phishing purposes,  yet we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms.

    Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your Jotform Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

    I have already removed that field from your form in order to reactivate your account, please check as it should be working now.
