    Hi

I have a 10 Mbps connection. But the speed of download of attachments is always less than 1 Mbps. Could you please let me know if there is any restriction in the download speed from your servers?

    Thank you.

The file transfer from JotForm to your computer may have a lot of factors. Having a 10mbps internet connection does not necessarily mean that the other end is slow and the other is fast. One of the factors there is the routing from JotForm to your network, and then from your network to your computer.

If a computer or device is connected in an office network where the internet is shared by all connected to the local server, the default gateway may have some filtering process which may delay the transfer. The kind of modem and network card is also a factor.

As per the cloud that we use, our storage gateway servers use a maximum upload rate of 120mb/s and a maximum download rate of 20mb/s. However, it should also be a factor that these servers are also used by everyone else for uploading and downloading files. So this definitely may vary also on the usage of the server at the time when you are transferring files.
