    Edit submissions: phone fields will not populate properly (show empty)

    Hi, thanks for your patience.  As you can see, we have 5 pages of submissions.  If I click on the first few names, there is no problem.  But, if you go to page three and see where I left off filling in first and last names, you will see that the phone numbers get deleted when you hit edit.

    Since you haven't provided the form URL that you're having an issue with, I checked your previous threads and I was able to reproduce the same error with this form. It seems like older submissions will delete the phone number when using the edit function. 

    I have escalated this to our back end team, they will review it and update back. You will be notified via this thread with any updates. 

    Let us know if you need any further help.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    The issue is already reported to our backend team but we have not received any update form them. Upon checking the ticket status, I found that one of our developer is already looking into this on priority. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

    Your issue has been fixed now, your phone fields are shown the "Edit Submission" page. Please check it again and if you have still problem, let us know.
