I'm looking for a secure database to store my patient's medical records, but I am not US or European based. I'm in New Zealand. Please advise.

JotForm is an online form service that can be used from anywhere in the world. We do have several users from New Zealand, Australia, and Asian countries as well. You may use JotForm to collect the responses from your patients and store it in your JotForm account. JotForm has a very powerful cloud of servers that provides security protection against malicious attacks like SQL injection and denial of service (DOS) attacks. Our SSL security certificates support high-grade 256-bit encryption.

Please go through the thread below that can provide with more information on using JotForm as HIPAA compliant.
