Submission error message

    I am repeatedly getting follow up emails from enquirers who have completed the form and then get an error message.

    Sadly they never copy and paste the message but common on explorer. My system doesn't allow for the newer explorer packages so I can't test it.

    The really odd thing is soon after the form actually arrives and was sent OK.

    I use the forms embedded on wordpress platform.

    Any known issues?

    I'm not getting it, my potential customers are, so I have no idea what the issue/message says is as everytime I test it works fine?  I can't test it with IE as my XP system is too old to accept the newer version of IE.

    I get around 2-3 claims a week that something went wrong, naturally the users don't stop to screen grab it or make a note, they either persevere and find another way to get in touch or move onto a competitor. The odd one I can understand but it's getting to regular now and I'm naturally getting concernedd that I'm missing one or two?

    Hi sharpie. Is this the URL where you install the jotform ? I think this is the error message that they were getting (see screenshot: ) - They got the error message because there is no such page as "thank-you" (The url: ) - Your wordpress has a settings where if a user visit a page that doesn't exist, it will give a result of error 404 or


    I think the form is still working. Are you receiving data from your customers after they filled up the form?

    Many thanks - It always worked on mine as I'm logged into the site, doh!   I've now changed the page 'permissions' hopefully it's now public and works.
