We occasionally get submitter who complains that they did not receive our emails. Most of them get them, but for unknown reasons a few don't get them...perhaps even due to something in their own email system. Is there a way from the Submittals screen to select a given submittal and to have Jotform go through its post submital email processing so that the submitter gets the email (again)?

Unfortunately, we do not have an option to trigger the emails again.
You may consider using a Forward or a Reply option to email the form submission data.
