    Hello,

    You can try inserting IMG to your image place holders on your email alert settings:

    Example:

    {front} to {IMG:front}

    and

    {back} to {IMG:back}

    Once done, just click the Save button below the email alert settings.

    If this is not what you mean, please let us know.

    Thanks.

    The Take Photo widget is disabled in the published form in your website.

    so there was actually no picture taken in the submissions. This is why there was also no image in the emails.

    I test submitted your form using its own URL and I was able to take a photo. You can see in the submission data that my test submission have photo for the Front camera. It should also have the image in the email.

    What I suggest you try for now is to re-embed the form in your website using instead its iframe publish code.

    User guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

    It could be possible the Take Photo widget is not working in the website due to script conflict. Using the iframe embed code should resolve the conflict.

    Let us know if still not resolved.

    Hello,

    I checked your last form submission but there was no actual image submitted.

    In order to be able to successfully submit an image capture, you should press the green camera button to capture the image.

    This so far just captures the image. You will still need to press the upload button to upload the image next

    You will notice that it is already uploaded and your form is ready to be submitted if there are no more buttons below the image.

    I also have made a test submission on your form which you can see that there were images of my laptop. Can you please test again and let us know of the results?

    Thanks.

    That seems to be the reason why the photos are not being sent, because the user do not see the upload button. I will report this to our back-end team. You will be notified via this thread when this gets fixed.

    Meanwhile, please inject following CSS code inside each Take Photo widget: https://www.jotform.com/help/428-How-to-Inject-CSS-Codes-to-Widgets

    @media only screen and (min-device-width : 768px) and (max-device-width : 1024px) and (orientation : landscape) {

    #startbutton, #removebutton{

    display: block !important;

    }

    }

    @media only screen and (min-device-width : 768px) and (max-device-width : 1024px) and (orientation : portrait) {

    #startbutton, #removebutton{

    display: block !important;

    }

    }

    Result:
