I am unable to access my account and did not receive a password reset instructions email

    I cannot login to my username vary. I have requested a resend authorisation but nothing has come through

    I have checked our systems for accounts associated with your email address and I found two accounts with usernames "varyvigilo" and "vigilo".

    I have also checked your email activity and found that a password reset instructions email have been sent, related to the account "varyvigilo".

    Please check your SPAM/JUNK/BULK folders in case that email landed there instead of the inbox.

    If the account that you would like to reset password for, is "vigilo", then please type this username in the "Forgot password" section instead of your email address, to make sure you receive an email related to it.
