Further to my last email
Users have reported another issue when uploading documents. The upload process hangs midway through and they are unable to upload the documents.
Can you please confirm how this can be resolved

I'm sorry Richard, but I must ask again for a form ID or website if the form is embedded?

When I tried the upload field, I was not able to replicate any issues on the upload process. Would you have an idea on what kind of browser the user is having issues with and the size of the file? It would also be great if you can identify the file name as this may also be a factor.
