Header and footer text appear when printing form

When I select to print a form, the footer and header appear on the form. We are a paid subscriber. I have that option unmarked in settings as well but it still appears. Can you fix this? Thanks!

Were you referring to the JotForm branding in your form print output?

I did a test print on my end but I do not see any JotForm branding/logo in the form.

OR if you were referring to the header and footer in the print page preview, that option is not connected to the form anymore. It is more on the settings of the printer. Look for the option to uncheck the Headers and footers option in print preview. It should fix that issue.
