How to Add a Currency on a Number Field?

One other question... can I define a field as a $Currency field instead of as just a number field?

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, there's no way to add anything to that field except numbers. You can, however, add a $ sign in the form calculation widget as shown below:
