Subscription: Selected Yearly instead of Monthly plan

    I just signed up for one month of the basic registration because I ran out of submissions. My plan was to pay the $19 and cancel at the end of the month. For some reason I got charged $190.

    You probably have selected the Yearly plan instead of the Monthly one.

    Your current subscription will expire next year (i.e. July 24, 2018). Do you want to stay to Yearly subscription for now or do you want to switch to Monthly plan now?

    You are now in Bronze Monthly plan. I have also refunded you of your unused amount. Please wait for 5-7 days for the refund to reflect on your account.
