Creating a class registration form with a limited number of slots

I need to create a register form that allows people to enroll for a class every Sunday. The max number of participants for each Sunday class is 30 people. Is there a way for me to create this type of form?  

You may try an Appointment Slots widget. You will be able to limit a number of available slots with that widget.

If you would like to allow users to book multiple slots for a single date, you may try a similar Quantity Gift Registry widget.

They do not work.  I need to be able to allow a maximum amount of people every Sunday not just on one Sunday.   Is this possible?

I am afraid that this is not possible, you will need to add each Sunday 'item' manually, or create a separate form for each Sunday registration.
