I've written a form that has various conditions. If I go the "Yes" route on the first question, the following question appears almost instantly. However, when I go the "No" route, the browser lags or crashes. Is there any way I can fix this problem? I've tried to manually rearrange the javascript variables that you pass through to check each condition, but that did not seem to help.

I think it is happening because you have other conditions depending on the questions that depends on the "No" option. You should remove those conditions and possibly connect them to the "No" selection.

What I mean is delete all conditions for "I don’t use advisor-sold 529 plans with my clients because (select all that apply):".

    That might fix it.

My recommendation is to always and always add one condition at a time and test everything after it. So that if a condition causes problems you can delete it without going any further. It would be easier to pin-point why it is crashing.
