And I check it today on July 24th and I've been downgraded to the free account.
I paid $20 for this stupid plan and didn't even stay in it a full month. Now it's showing that I'm over on my form numbers when I specifically upgraded to avoid that.
I need this fixed now as it's affecting not just my sites but others as well. This is ridiculous. I've been a customer for YEARS and I don't know what's changed recently, but it needs to be fixed.
I want the Bronze package back and I need it to STAY this time.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. As I check your account now, it is currently holding Bronze subscription plan. It is active and good in standing. I see that the account was downgraded to Free due to the cancellation of the Storage plan that was paid through PayPal. However, the account is now set to Bronze subscription plan again.
