I have a jot form account for my business (firstname.lastname@example.org). I pay for this one.
I recently created a jot form account for the non-profit association that I serve as treasurer (email@example.com), for Central Florida Music Teacher Association.
When I try to access my business JotForm account, I only get the CFMTA account. I don't see a way to switch over to my business account again. Please let me know how to do that.

Please try using a different internet browser per account. For example, the main account should be opened in Google Chrome and the second account should be using the Mozilla Firefox.
If you don't want to use a different internet browser. Please log out to your account and log in to the other account. If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache. Here's a helpful link to do that: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/
