I am trying to hide and skip to pages and it's not working

Can someone please look at my page and guide me.  I have been working on it for hours and can't seem to get it right.  Depending on the type of travel the member selects I want to go to that page and when done with that selection go straight to the administrative pages.  Please looking for some guidance.

I checked the Page URL (https://form.jotform.us/71868748084169) that you have provided and I was not able to open it. I am assuming that you are referring to that form. If yes, I cloned it and I can see that the conditions are configured properly. To my understanding, you also want to skip to the Administrative Page after the selection is done. Please try adding another condition on each page. Here's an example:

For the Flight Information page, I set another condition that will skip all pages and jump into the Administrative Page.
