form submissions not arriving by email

    Hi,

    When one of my forms are submitted, the auto response email is sent but the notification to me isn't. Can you see any reason why?

    Hi, I just tried using a different email address and it worked. There appears to be an issue sending submissions to web@hairbykristin.co.uk

     

    The email address itself works as this has been tested.

    @steelneel81

    While in your web@hairbykristin.co.uk account, try whitelisting our JotMails IPs and let us know if that resolves the issue.

    Incidentally, did you check that email account's spam/junk mail folder for the notifications?
