Recovering deleted form not in trash

We have been in the process of moving our company forms to individual accounts based on locations. In the process we've lost two forms. I have checked my trash to see if deleted by mistake.  They are not there. Is there anyway to recover?  I'm looking for the following:

Hi, could you please provide the Form ID or Form Link so we can check it further? I tried searching for the form names that you have provided and I was not able to locate the forms. You can also provide the website where the form is embedded.
