Is it possible to insert the description of a particular field?

Is it possible to insert the description of a particular field? For example a student registers for a course number and in the description we put the date and time of the course. I would like to incorporate that into their e-mail confirmation but i am not finding how I can do that .

Is your question related to the description text of an Inventory widget?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to show the description text of an Inventory widget inside of the emails.

You can edit the email template and manually add the date and time of the course.

I would suggest you to use a Ticket Purchases widget instead of an Inventory widget. An option that was selected in a Ticket Purchases widget will be shown inside of the Email Notification.
