My business has paid for a year of Jot Form services and now my clients cannot access the link? Can you please contact me and let me know why.
The accoutn will be under Craig Leslie.

I would recommend you email them with your issue at Jotformsupport@gmail.com and report this issue to them incase an admin is unable to respond and resolve this question right away as it might help to get you an answer for this problem quicker. You might also want to check to see that the URL you embedded from here to your site for the form was not accidently input wrongly or possibly partially erased as this can lead to this type of problem as well. That error message is most likely saying the "authorization" page does not exist anymore. I've checked the source code of such page and I was not able to find the link to any jotform URL. Can you please provide us the exact URL where the form was embedded? Was it the authorization page? if that is the case, you shold make sure the page is there. If you have the formID involved, please paste it here so we can further investigate
