Submissions not be forwarded to my e-mail.

    Hello,

    My submissions are not forwarding to my e-mail.  I went on and looked to ensure that the address was correct and everything was set properly and it is - I re-wrote the e-mail just to make sure and tested it and it still does not come through on my end.  I checked my spam filter to ensure that it was not going in there ... it is not.

    Please try to change your form notification's sender name and email to "JotForm" and "noreply@jotform.com", respectively.

    You can also add JotMails ip addresses to your mail providers whitelists.

    See the mail logs of mails delivered to your email;
