Why does a hidden field show in Edit mode?

I created a field for email and hid it so it could be used as a  reply-to on a notification.  I didn't realize until today that when people edit their submissions the hidden field is shown.  How do I set it up so that even on an edit the field stays hidden?  Here is the regular submission form - https://www.jotform.com/62143786503153 and here is an example of the edit - https://www.jotform.com/edit/3768910203523658910.

There is nothing to worry about. Your users are not able to see the hidden field. You can see the hidden field when editing submission because you have admin access to your account. 

You can logout from your account and check the edit link again. The email field will not be shown.
