I keep getting email confirmations when a Form is submitted, but I am not set up to be receiving them (or I didn't think I was). I can't find my email anywhere on the Form conditions or set ups.
Can you please tell me how to remove myself from the email confirmation?

The form you have provided does not belong to your account ddejaynes. It belongs to another account with the same email address. I assume it is yours as well.
I saw your email in some of the form's email notifications.
You might have to remove them. See steps below while opening your form in the Form Builder.
