Does JotForm offer an XML based email notification?

We are trying to export to a CRM, it needs XML. Is this possible?

All our emails are HTML based. We don't have an option to send emails in plain text, XML, or any other format other than HTML.

Have you tried creating an RSS feed listing? The RSS uses XML so maybe it will fit your needs.

    Complete guide: How-to-Create-an-RSS-Listing-Report

Alternatively, if you can tell us the name of the CRM you're using, perhaps there's another way to achieve it using a middleman (e.g. IFTTT, Zapier, MS Flow).

Or we can put it up as a Feature Request so we can develop an integration with it.

This the name of the CRM. https://dealersocket.com/

I will check out the RSS feed option.

We would also be interested in the Feature Request, we would be willing to pay for this as we do a lot of these and plan to do more. Thanks Frank

Thanks, try with the RSS report and see if that fits the bill. I failed to find any connection between your CRM and other platforms seeing that it's a CRM targeting a specific line of business (as opposed to other mainstream CRMs that work with any kind of business).

I created a separate thread for a potential feature request here https://www.jotform.com/answers/1209450

    I'll be replying there shortly.
