I changed my form and now I keep getting this message:
"Sorry only one submission is allowed. Multiple submissions are disabled on this form"
I don't know how to fix this. Please help.

Its because in your form settings you are using a strict check (cookie and ip address) to prevent multiple submissions. Change this to "No Check"
