Out of space.. (upgrade)

Hi guys, I have this message.. "out of space" but I´am checking my space and I actually have almost empty.. I don't know what´s meaning the message.. so please can you check this for me ?

The notice is referring to your monthly submissions and views.  This warning could definitely be more clear that it is referring to monthly submissions and views.  The limits reset on the first day of each calendar month for all users and from your current usage, an upgrade should not be necessary.
