can the user info on the form be passed on to PayPal so the user does not have to fill twice.

There is no identification of what the user is paying for when for the PayPal transaction .

We just purchased the BRONZE package and are trying to do some forms

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pass the user information collected from the form to the Paypal page where the user is redirected for their payment. This is really how the integration works. The user will need to re-enter his/her information for validation purposes of the payment.
