Why is my form stuck on submit?

    After hitting the submit button a message appeas saying "please while we are processing..." but it is just stuck there and nothing happens. We also don't receive a submission on the back end.

    I tested your form and I wasn't able to replicate this issue, I was properly redirected to PayPal:

    Is your form embedded in a website?

    Since it could happen that the issue is related to the embed method.

    If it is, please share the URL so we can check further.
