I have had different problems the past few weeks with receiving email. This last time changing the repy email address back to Jot Forms solved the problem. Before that, my email address was in the bounce file.
I am having the problem again. What would be the next suggestion? It is not in spam in my email account and I did have them white list the IP addresses.
Email address is email@example.com

The issue is not with Jotform, it's with your email provider. The email once again is in the bounce list. See the reason below why it's blocked.
Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 'DNS Soft Error looking up lovet= hatseafood.com (MX) while asking recursive_nameserver1.parent. Error was: u= nable to reach nameserver on any valid IP'
I have removed the email address from the bounce list, but please contact your email provider and let them fix the error provided.
