Payment Not Reflecting On My Account

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I recently opted to open-up an account with your guys after being referred.

    I made a payment of $9.95 on 13/08/12, however I was billed but a failure message was issued.

    I received an e-mail from my card company with the following

    "A transaction was made on ur card ending 2524 for USD9.95 at FS *JOTFORM on 13/08/12.Pls advise if not urs.Available Balance=USDXX.XX"

    Please update my account with the payment.

    We apologize for inconvenience caused. Kindly can your email us the invoice sent to you from our payment gateway(s)  for the transaction. Also you can confirm with your credit card center if indeed this payment was made.
