Can I Have A Screenshot Of Uploaded Passport Photograph

Asked by solutionideaconsort on August 16, 2012 at 04:55 PM

    Dear Sir/Madam,

Please I just signed up with you guys.

I created an online form for a client site and it needs an immediate screenshot of the passport photograph uploaded.

I mean, when I upload the passport photograph, it should show and not simply say file uploaded.

I also nid that when the forms are being e-mailed to me, the passport photograph shows in this format, for easy identification and sorting.

I hope to hear from you.

    Thanks in advance.

Yes, you can add the picture using Image/photo element. You can find that field under Power Tools.

Unfortunately, If you need users to have their passport displayed on the form, then they will have to clone it , add the passport and then resend it to you. This means they will need to have jotform accounts. Otherwise, they can only upload passport and this will appear as attachment in your mail alerts

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
