My form is not updating the Thank You Page

Please help my thank you page won't update in my auto leads section

I did check your form and found that you have added condition to change the thank you message. You need to update the condition to change the thank you message. Please check the screenshot below:

Alternatively, you can delete the condition to display the default thank you message of your form.
