Accidently signed up for bronze. Recognized immediately. Can you please refund me.

    I accidently signed up for bronze on the wrong account (personal account). I meant to sign up for bronze on my organization account so that I could receive more submissions. I have done that, but would appreciate if you can reimburse my personal account the $19 for the mistake.

    I cancelled the subscription and refunded your payment.  You should see a refund of $19.00 credited to your card in the next 5-7 business days.
