How do I get a field to display once the form is published?

    I would like the 'color scheme' field to display on the form once published. This field is visible when I am making changes to the form however when it is published on the site, the field is not available for people to select.

    The field, Color Scheme, is not showing when the form is published because of the conditional logic in your form that indicates a "Missing Field" error message.

    There are at least 6 conditions in your form that has "Missing Field" indicator. Please try to fix the conditions by editing or you can also just delete the conditions.
